Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INTS6L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INTS6L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher INTS6L Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INTS6L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where INTS6L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
