INTS6L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS6L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,866 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS6L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HTATSF1, RRBP1_T275, and ELMO1. Each is linked with INTS6L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS6L-to-partner and partner-to-INTS6L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INTS6L versus HTATSF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
