The most reproducible INTS6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF16, CA4, and TARS1. Each is linked with INTS6L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS6L-to-partner and partner-to-INTS6L results are reported.
