Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS6L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INTS6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Dvl3, and eEF2. Each is linked with INTS6L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS6L-to-partner and partner-to-INTS6L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by INTS6L-low versus INTS6L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
