Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS6L mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,107 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INTS6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPINT1, PRMT3, and APBA3. Each is linked with INTS6L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS6L-to-partner and partner-to-INTS6L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPINT1 grouped by INTS6L-low versus INTS6L-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
