Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INTS6L-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated INTS6L-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher INTS6L-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INTS6L-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and MESO show a favorable association.

OV, MESO, and ACC are the cancer types where INTS6L-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
