INTS6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,875 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCS1L, TIGAR, and VTRNA2-2P. Each is linked with INTS6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS6-to-partner and partner-to-INTS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCS1L grouped by INTS6-low versus INTS6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
