INTS6

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with INTS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS6-to-partner and partner-to-INTS6 results are reported.
