INTS5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,306 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEN1, TUT1, and PCNX3. Each is linked with INTS5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS5-to-partner and partner-to-INTS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
