Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INTS4P2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INTS4P2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher INTS4P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INTS4P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, BLCA, and LGG are the cancer types where INTS4P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
