Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INTS4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INTS4 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher INTS4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INTS4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where INTS4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
