INTS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,874 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-454P, SPC24, and PKM. Each is linked with INTS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS4-to-partner and partner-to-INTS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-454P grouped by INTS4-low versus INTS4-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
