Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,661 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INTS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of viral transcription, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway. Each is linked with INTS4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS4-to-partner and partner-to-INTS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of viral transcription grouped by INTS4-low versus INTS4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
