INTS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 192 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, RBFA, and ZNF330. Each is linked with INTS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS4-to-partner and partner-to-INTS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCAT grouped by INTS4-low versus INTS4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
