Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INTS3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INTS3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher INTS3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INTS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
DLBC, PRAD, and STAD are the cancer types where INTS3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
