Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INTS14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INTS14 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher INTS14 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INTS14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and KIRP are the cancer types where INTS14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
