Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,989 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS2, ZWILCH, and RCN2. Each is linked with INTS14 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS14-to-partner and partner-to-INTS14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INTS14 versus COPS2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
