Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,187 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INTS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP56, SELPLG, and ABCA6. Each is linked with INTS14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS14-to-partner and partner-to-INTS14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INTS14 versus NOP56 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
