Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INTS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and MEK1. Each is linked with INTS14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS14-to-partner and partner-to-INTS14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by INTS14-low versus INTS14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
