INTS14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,249 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPX, PDCD7, and DPP8. Each is linked with INTS14 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS14-to-partner and partner-to-INTS14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INTS14 versus CLPX in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
