Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INTS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10H5, KRTAP11-1, and C16orf82. Each is linked with INTS14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS14-to-partner and partner-to-INTS14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10H5 grouped by INTS14-low versus INTS14-high in SKIN.
