Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INTS13 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INTS13 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher INTS13 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INTS13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where INTS13 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
