INTS13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,087 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are DARS2, PPAT, and LRPPRC. Each is linked with INTS13 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS13-to-partner and partner-to-INTS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INTS13 versus DARS2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
