Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,211 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INTS13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to nuclear envelope, Positive regulation of mitochondrial translation, and Positive regulation of rRNA processing. Each is linked with INTS13 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS13-to-partner and partner-to-INTS13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to nuclear envelope grouped by INTS13-low versus INTS13-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
