INTS13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHBDL3, DDX4, and TUB. Each is linked with INTS13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS13-to-partner and partner-to-INTS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RHBDL3 grouped by INTS13-low versus INTS13-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
