Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INTS11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INTS11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher INTS11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INTS11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where INTS11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
