Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INTS11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INTS11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher INTS11 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INTS11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and CCRCC show a favorable association.
HNSC, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where INTS11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
