Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,663 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC47, C1orf159, and RER1. Each is linked with INTS11 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS11-to-partner and partner-to-INTS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INTS11 versus LRRC47 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.
