Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,125 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC47, DFFA, and ARHGEF16. Each is linked with INTS11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS11-to-partner and partner-to-INTS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INTS11 versus LRRC47 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
