Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,115 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INTS11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Negative regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with INTS11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS11-to-partner and partner-to-INTS11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I grouped by INTS11-low versus INTS11-high in BONE.
