INTS10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,982 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVII-15-1, SNX3P1Y, and MIR1271. Each is linked with INTS10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS10-to-partner and partner-to-INTS10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVII-15-1 grouped by INTS10-low versus INTS10-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
