INTS10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Mre11, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with INTS10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS10-to-partner and partner-to-INTS10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by INTS10-low versus INTS10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
