INTS10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INTS10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROKR2, PTCHD3, and MRAP. Each is linked with INTS10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS10-to-partner and partner-to-INTS10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROKR2 grouped by INTS10-low versus INTS10-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
