Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INSYN2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INSYN2B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher INSYN2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INSYN2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and UCEC are the cancer types where INSYN2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
