INSYN2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSYN2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,018 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSYN2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1F, MYO1G, and DOCK11. Each is linked with INSYN2B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSYN2B-to-partner and partner-to-INSYN2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSYN2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSYN2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
