Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INSYN1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated INSYN1 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher INSYN1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INSYN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and KIRC show a favorable association.

BLCA, KIRP, and THCA are the cancer types where INSYN1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
