INSRR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INSRR mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,873 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKAP13, EP300, and KMT2A. Each is linked with INSRR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSRR-to-partner and partner-to-INSRR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKAP13 grouped by INSRR-low versus INSRR-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
