INSR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,327 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITPK1, LMO2, and ZNF660. Each is linked with INSR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSR-to-partner and partner-to-INSR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITPK1 grouped by INSR-low versus INSR-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSR→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
