INSR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, JNK_pT183_Y185, and MEK1. Each is linked with INSR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSR-to-partner and partner-to-INSR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by INSR-low versus INSR-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSR→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
