INSR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INSR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 480 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSR-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP8, UFSP2, and SPRR1A. Each is linked with INSR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSR-to-partner and partner-to-INSR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NLRP8 grouped by INSR-low versus INSR-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSR→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
