INSM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, MEK1, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with INSM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSM2-to-partner and partner-to-INSM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by INSM2-low versus INSM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
