INSL4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR17, DLX1, and RNU5A-6P. Each is linked with INSL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSL4-to-partner and partner-to-INSL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INSL4 versus GPR17 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
