INSL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 266 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR519D, IGKV2-19, and RNU6-777P. Each is linked with INSL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSL4-to-partner and partner-to-INSL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR519D grouped by INSL4-low versus INSL4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
