INSL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSL4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, Di-Ras3, and MEK1. Each is linked with INSL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSL4-to-partner and partner-to-INSL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA6 grouped by INSL4-low versus INSL4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
