INSL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INSL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 452 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of eating behavior, Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate. Each is linked with INSL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSL4-to-partner and partner-to-INSL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of eating behavior grouped by INSL4-low versus INSL4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
