Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INSL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated INSL3 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher INSL3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INSL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SKCM, and LUAD are the cancer types where INSL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
