INSIG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSIG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,095 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSIG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, LOXL2, and MRPL38. Each is linked with INSIG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSIG2-to-partner and partner-to-INSIG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INSIG2 versus PLOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSIG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSIG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
