INSIG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSIG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSIG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, eIF4E, and eIF4G. Each is linked with INSIG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSIG2-to-partner and partner-to-INSIG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by INSIG2-low versus INSIG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSIG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSIG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
