Across TCGA cell cohorts, INSIG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,585 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSIG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are SREBP signaling pathway, Maintenance of protein localization in organelle, and Response to sterol depletion. Each is linked with INSIG2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSIG2-to-partner and partner-to-INSIG2 results are reported.
