INPPL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INPPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE13, IGLV3-7, and FANCG. Each is linked with INPPL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPPL1-to-partner and partner-to-INPPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE13 grouped by INPPL1-low versus INPPL1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
